Stake coming in, stake going out
Each epoch, delegations activate and deactivate in waves. Above the line: stake that was activating; below: stake that was deactivating. The line traces the cluster's effective stake. Source: the on-chain stake-history sysvar.

- Vortex
- One vote account with active stake. Size and spin strength grow with the square root of its stake. Positions follow a sunflower spiral by stake rank — they are not geographic.
- Tide
- Progress through the current epoch, from
getEpochInfo. The waterline rises from the sea floor at the start of an epoch to the surface as it ends. - Currents
- The upper band flows with last epoch's activating stake, the lower band against it with deactivating stake. Per-validator changes come from epoch-by-epoch snapshots kept by this server.
- Names
- Self-reported in on-chain validator-info accounts. Anyone can publish a name; treat it as a label, not an endorsement.
